Zoetermeer, The Netherlands — 5 February 2026 — onITnow today announced a partnership with Halo under which onITnow will serve as an value added reseller of HaloITSM, enabling organisations to procure, implement and support Halo through onITnow internationally, with an initial go-to-market focus on the Benelux and planned expansion into Germany.
onITnow’s team brings over 30 years of service management experience to the partnership and will form a dedicated Halo team to support customers from initial design through implementation, onboarding and ongoing operations.
